    My girlfriend and I purchased an xbox one from game stop about a month and a half ago. We were curious as to why there were updates so often for the longest time and after the latest update it won't let the xbox one connect to any wireless networks. After
    talking to support on the phone it seems that the xbox one had been enrolled in a preview program but not removed from it. The error message I'm getting from the xbox is cannot connect to DHCP server, but I have tried it on multiple networks that other devices
    are working on. I want to get this software issue resolved and hopefully unenroll the xbox one from the preview program. Appreciate the help!

    I recently un enrolled my Xbox from the preview program and am still having issues. It claims I am still a preview member even after un enrolling. I don't want to be in the preview program any longer because its causing issues with my Xbox. How can my
    console be rid of the preview program. Please Help.

    Second Hand Xbox Can't Leave Preview Program

    Hello, I recently purchased second hand Xbox One console that is enrolled in the preview program. When I try to un-enroll the console through the Xbox Insider Hub app it says I need to sign in with the email that was used to enroll the console. I have no
    way of retrieving that information as the system was bought from a third party. Is there any way I can un-enroll my console from the program on your end? Thank you.

    If you've previously owned either the Xbox Preview Dashboard or the Xbox Insider Hub apps, just reinstall the Xbox Insider Hub from the Ready to Install list in My games & apps. If you can’t find it there, look for it in the Store.





    Note Unenrollment can take up to 72 hours to complete, during which time you may still receive console, game, or app updates. When the unenrollment process is complete, your console may be reset to factory defaults. If resetting your console to factory
    defaults is required, your data will not be erased.

    this guide     and let us know if you're able to resolve the DHCP error.

    I've not had an update from the preview program. i'm not on a second hand console. i don't have the preview program on my console. if it isn't on my console how do i get out of this program? How did i get into it in the first place? i went to the forum
    to get help but it said no such group found. i checked my last updates and i've not gotten any updates from a preview program. i'm a little bothered i've been enrolled without me authorizing it.
