Purchased Xbox one game on store

Right so,

Purchased modern warefare, it charged my account,

Then it said "something went wrong on our end waiting may help"

So i wanted about 45 minutes, ot took me back to xbox home and now,

My xbox app says ive purchased the game, but on my xbox one its says i have to purchase it again! So frustrating cant get through to xbox support cause it wont give me a phone number been first in the queue for live chat for nearly 2 hours and been waiting
for a call bacl for 1.5 hours.

A uPlay purchase of For Honor on PC will not transfer to the Xbox One. You would need the purchase it again specifically for the Xbox One. There are some games that are "Xbox Play Anywhere" but those must be purchased through the Windows Store, or the
Xbox Store in order to be usable on both devices.

There may just be a temporary syncing issue with your profile and the servers. Go ahead and do a hard
reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

If that doesn't help then you may need to restart your router and modem to re-connect your Xbox to the network. Sorry for the inconvenience. For whatever reason this game either for Xbox One or 360 is no longer available for purchase from our Xbox store. The game is still available to play but must be purchased from a third party store.

Hi there,

the game UFC 3 is not a Xbox Play Anywhere game, so if you purchase it on the Windows Store you will only be able to play it on the PC.

If you purchase the Xbox One version via the Xbox Store then you can only play it on the Xbox One console.
