Purchased Xbox-Live twice...

Hello Microsoft,

I purchased Xbox-Live Gold for one month, my problem is that I didn't got an confirmation or a error. I only got back to the start page. So I thought that the payment wasn't successful, I tried it again and... the same one.

After that I wanted to buy a gamecard from a store in the real life. But before I wanted to go I checked my e-mail and I saw that the payment was the two times successful... I payed now two times for one month Xbox-Live Gold...

The transaction-IDs are 046496502W9965921 and 72R930726G172184S.

I hope you can give me my money for one time back...

here as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.

No one on the forums has access to your account/billing info.
