    Free game chossen was Halo Reach.

    Gamertag Bogbrush72 (which has now changed to Obileon)



    Could you tell me if theres a delay and when id expect to recieve the game.

    The promotion disappeared from the dashboard once I confirmed my gold subscription. You can see a small capture of the UK version of the promo here:

    Xbox Support claims to have no knowledge of this promotion and suggested contacting the Dangerous Spacetime developers. I don't like this solution as it places the blame on the devs and not on the Xbox storefront, which posted the promotion. Anyway, the
    developer's site is: Asteroid Base // Toronto-based game developer

    I think it would be best if MS could resolve this issue for us. Thanks.

    Phone and chat support don't handle promotions, so they generally won't have information. That image is too small to see the terms and conditions, but generally codes from promotions are sent out about 4 weeks after either the purchase or after the end of
    the promotion.

    order to qualify.

    I have been on chat trying to resolve the above issue of 20% discount/free Lovers game. The support team was not supportive, as I was told that I needed a screenshot as proof. I have answered the same questions some many times I can't remember.

    If I was suppose to take a screenshot at purchase, I should have been either warned, the confirm button automatically executed one or better yet it automatically did on view of the message. This is easy to do from a programmers perspective and also it should
    be something that is recorded on a database. Customer support tells me that it is a RANDOM selection and there is no history/database on this. Really?

    EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE VERY SCARED OF MICROSOFT XBOX LIVE PURCHASES. SCREEN-CAPTURE,SCREEN-CAPTURE,SCREEN-CAPTURE,SCREEN-CAPTURE,SCREEN-CAPTURE,SCREEN-CAPTURE.

    and of course SCREEN-CAPTURE.

    Was transferred to Manager again. Told me SCREENSHOT. Nothing resolved. I will be Taking this further with the Australian Consumer Affairs.
