Purchased Xbox live but still cant play online

I recently bought a one year xbox live subscription and i have been trying to play online but I am not allowed to even start the online game without an Xbox Live subscription offer come up. HEllp Please

Paid for and have been upgraded but still says im free on console?

Hi, I've purchased Live loads of times, I've recently just bought it again and it says that I am a gold member on the website, even states the date I purchased and the date it expires.

But when I sign into Live on the xbox console I cant join partys or play online games because it still says Im on xbox Live free.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

You can purchase XBox Live by turning on your XBox One and purchasing a subscription in the Microsoft Without XBox Live, you will not be able to play XBox One Xbox Live Gold games but you will be able to keep your XBox 360 XBox Live games. Your XBox One
will still be online and most XBox 360 and XBox One apps will still function, but online play will be extremely limited.

Hi man, same here, i just buy a 12 months xbox live gold today and cant play PUBG or Fornite (i dont have more games with online), so sad, i recently bought an Xbox one X and still cant play online
