    Purchased Xbox live and it says I'm a gold member, but when I go to play games it says I'm not.


    I bought a 3month Xbox card and applied it to my account and it says I'm a gold member. But when I go to play any of my games it says I'm not. I've removed my account from the console and applied it back and still nothing. Been having this problem since
    yesterday night.

    Xbox Live Rewards says I'm not a gold member but I've been one for several years. I signed up for Xbox Live rewards several months ago but I just started looking at it online. I tried to sign up for my achievements but it says I'm not a gold member. Xbox.com
    says I'm a gold member and everywhere else it says I'm Gold but Rewards says I'm not. Please help! Thanks, Hunter

    Bought Gold but can't use it...

    I bought xbox live gold yesterday but in game I can't use it. It says I'm not a member, it still apears the adds (in game). When I go to the store and see my subcritions it says I have Gold (which I do).

    Help please!

    1. Is this issue happening with other non-Call of Duty games?

    2. Is this issue happening with other Xbox Profiles?

    3. May we have the exact error message prompted?

    Make sure to check the status of Xbox Live and Activision for any service alerts. To proceed, check out the following links:

    You can follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

    I am having the same problem. I had to renew my xbox live, so I got a prepaid card and it clearly says here on the website that I am a xbox live gold member, but when I go to play on my xbox, it tells me I need to purchase a gold membership.

    I'm having the same problem. I have a current Xbox Live Gold account, and my permissions are set to play multiplayer games, but it keeps saying that I don't have an active Xbox Live Gold account and take me to a page to sign up. But when I go to Subscriptions,
    it says my account is active until 5/13/2017.
