    Today, I purchased a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription. I immediately redeemed it, and then realized I used the wrong account. Is there any way to remove it from one account and put it on my actual account?

    I just purchased a 12 month Gold membership, however, when I sign into Xbox live it says I still need a Gold membership. My online account shows that I purchased the 12 month subscription in my transaction too.

    You would need to contact support to see if they can cancel the subscription and give you a token for the remainingn time to add to the correct account. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're on the One you can share the gold with both accounts.

    Make sure your console is set as your Home console. The sharing will only work on that console.

    how to buy ultimate subscription for 12 months

    There's not a 12 month subscription for Ultimate. You can buy a 12 month prepaid card for Gold and then purchase 1 month of Ultimate (after adding the Gold) to convert it to Ultimate.

    Thank you for sharing your concern.

    Everything you mentioned is correct. Since you already took advantage of 1 Month for 1$ before, that same account won't be eligible for the 1$ offer. Therefore, you will have to purchase the Ultimate 1 Month at the full price 14.99 $. And like you mentioned,
    If you Purchased Game Pass Ultimate over an Active Live Gold or any other subscription, It will convert the remaining of Live Gold to Ultimate.

    So if you wish to have a 12 Months Game Pass Ultimate, your best option is to purchase a 12 Months Live Gold and convert it to Ultimate, by purchasing 1 Month Ultimate for 14.99 $.

    Note: You have to purchase Live Gold first, then you purchase the Ultimate.
