Purchased xbox from Amazon on 24.4.25 however warranty showing allready expired

you need to contact Support and upload a copy of your receipt, because Amazon is not integrated with Microsoft systems they have no way of knowing when the console was sold until you give them proof, so until that's registered it goes by the manufacture date

The seller you bought it from on Amazon likely bought it themselves on 04/04/2019 which is why when registered it shows the warranty expires on 04/04/2020. The 1-year limited manufacturer warranty starts when the console is processed from whatever store
it is bought from. Since it is common to buy items from a third party seller on Amazon, it's common to get a console who's warranty started at a sooner date than when you actually purchased the console from Amazon since the seller you bought it from purchased
it before you did from a different retailer. The date you see on the Microsoft site is the correct date and would cannot be changed. Any questions you have about the console or when it's warranty was activated, you should contact Amazon or the seller you purchased
the console from.

It activates from the date you purchase it. When you register your console, then it will show when the warranty expires.

I’ve checked via your link and it’s only showing my old subscription which has expired . The code/download was purchased from Amazon

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. Did you purchase an official Xbox controller from Amazon? It's possible the part that was received may be defective. Unfortunately, this isn't something we can assist with on the forums. If possible, you may be able to contact Amazon for a replacement. However, if you purchased a controller from Microsoft in the past and it's still under warranty, you may request a controller replacement.
