If your refund was denied, you can reply to the email you received about your refund being denied and they will look at it again.

Try to explain to the refund team your reasons for buying the game in the first place and the reasons for the refund request.

Your refund request will again be manually reviewed by the refund team and you will get a reply from them one more time.

That's your only chance. Unfortunately, Xbox customer support does not handle refund requests. And here on the community we do not work for Xbox. We are only users trying to help other users.
