    purchased wrong item from Microsoft store


    i bought five packs of Apex Coins through the Microsoft Store without knowing those can be used only in Xbox.I immediately requested for a refund ,but they said that i can only get refund two items.I don't have Xbox and i am not planning to buy one in
    the future as i am hooked with PC Gaming.What Can I do?

    Das selbe ist mir passiert mit FX pinball 3 reduzierten tisch gekauft und war für pc es steht aber eingekreist auch so im store immer etwas weiter unten :( erkennen kann man es dazu an einer kleinen kachel ..

    dennoch dürfen solche dinge nicht sein ohne nach fragen finde ich zumindest

    thats the problem with microsoft, they have merged the stores and now it causes a huge headache when your purchase comething and it is not supported for the pc version. they need to divide the store to pc only and xbox.

    yea, I have done that before. Sadly I didint even get the chance for a refund... just refund the 2... thats all i can say..
