Purchased with wrong account using Microsoft Store on PC

if they show on the pc store as install but on the xbox and purchase then you are either using the wrong account, or you need to remove your account and re add it back on the xbox.

In need of assistance, I bought V-bucks, and still did not receive anything. I bought the V-bucks via the online Microsoft store on my account that is linked with my epic games account, I'm using a PC to play Fortnite(I DON'T HAVE A XBOX). how can I resolve the problem?

As far as i am aware if you are using a PC to play fortnite then you needed to purchase the vbucks from the epic games store and not the Microsoft store.

Vbucks purchased from the Microsoft store would only be good for fornite on Xbox. Someone can correct me if im wrong about this.

First, I use the microsoft store on pc to play the game on pc.

I did already check my purchase history, but it didnt show up and the money is of my bank account.

In microsoft store stays the buttons "Purchase the game.".

I do this for a friend.

On our Xbox, there is a feature wherein we can share our games as well as a subscription which is through the Home Xbox feature.

On the PC, there is a workaround. Here's some information from Xbox support:

"If you’re planning to play games or use subscriptions purchased by someone else who uses that PC—a parent, for example—you’ll need to add their account as the Microsoft Store account in the Xbox app settings. Otherwise, games already installed using that account won’t launch because they weren’t purchased using your Xbox account.

1. To change the Microsoft Store account for sharing purchases and licenses in the Xbox app for PC:

2. Launch the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you use for Xbox.

3. Select your gamerpic, then select Settings.

4. Under Account, select Change my Microsoft Store account.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions and sign in to the Store with the Microsoft account for the games or subscription you’ll be using."
