Purchased watch dogs, Microsoft charged my bank, game won't recognize I bought it

Exactly the same here just my game was fifa. Had an error message so found that purchasing games was downcon the network then when checking transactions realised the money had been taken out. Now when I go to Fifa its as if I haven't bought it

HAH..... good luck - i tried to purchase a game through the console store, was charged twice on my bank account, shows no purchase in orders and support say its a "banking error" - sure cause my bank just decided to pay microsoft twice for a game!!

no matter if i provide microsoft with both proof of payments, they say the order is not on their system therefore its a banking error. So im left R2000 short, no game, no refund and no "support".

DO NOT USE THE CONSOLE MICROSOFT STORE - HAS MANY BUGS (will debit your bank account when you purchase, but will not show item as bought) AND "SUPPORT" WILL MAKE IT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST REFUNDS THROUGH YOUR BANK (with additional charges)

The owner of the account should be able to tell by looking at their bank statements and if their were any charges that they do not recognize on them it would have a way of contacting either MicroSoft or to contact their bank to dispute those charges.

It doesn't show that I bought the game twice but when I check my bank statement it shows that Microsoft charged me twice.

If the charge was not on any Microsoft account that you have access to, you need to contact the bank and report those charges as not recognized so they can do the proper procedure to investigate and block the charges on your bank account
