    Purchased Ultimate Edition 12/31, Played online, still no Tokens


    Microsoft chat has been useless regarding any help in getting tokens for Gears of War 1, 2, 3, and Judgement after I bought the game December 31st and played online December 31st. It was advertised Tokens to the four game would be provided if the game was
    purchased and played live on Xbox one through December 31st. I have see no Tokens. Microsoft sent me to a gears forum to post the issue, which I did and still no result. I hope it is merely a case of Microsoft being overloaded with people taking advantage
    of this excellent promotion, but it would be nice to have a reply to let us know the tokens are coming. I probably wouldn't have bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition is it were not for the promotion. Not really looking for advice, just adding another post
    to see if combined we can all get a response and Tokens

    I purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition on October 8, 2015. I played the game online between August 25, 2015 and December 31, 2015 and I did not receive my tokens for Gears of War 1, 2, 3, and Judgement. Is there anything that can be done to help me to

    I also purchased Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle in November 2015. I played Gears of War Ultimate on Xbox Live on 12/31/2015. To date, I have not received anything regarding the downloading of the entire Gears of War Xbox 360 collection
    for my Xbox One. Customer support also told me to post on this forum to get the games.

    Gears of war Ultimate Edition is just a remastered version of the first Gears of War game. There was a promotion to receive codes for the other Gears game is you purchased and played the game before December 31, 2015. In order to play the other games now,
    you would need to purchase them.
