Discus and support Purchased two downloads. They won't load. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I hope Microsoft sees this. I paid 20 dollars for 2 downloads and they will not load.     Purchased two downloads. They won't load.


    I hope Microsoft sees this. I paid 20 dollars for 2 downloads and they will not load. It goes to 80% and then it jumps to 100% and Xbox 360 says it can't download these games. I need my money back please.

    Purchased puzzles won't load

    Why won't Germany, Autumn, & Architecture load completely? I paid with gold bars for all 3 & none will load. This is frustrating.

    I uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw then reinstalled it and all of the puzzle packs downloaded with no problem. Including all the ones I just purchased with my coins. Make sure you have all your information linked with Microsoft Xbox
    or your Microsoft account. Good Luck Joan

    You would need to go to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    What you're describing is usually a region issued. A lot of 360 games are region locked. So in order to download those games, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where those games are available.

    Jigsaw Collections missing

    I purchased 4 packs and none of them show up in downloadable collections. They just disappeared.

    The other issue I'm having is that the 3rd puzzle in one of my Jigsaw Jam collection hangs. It just sits there and refuses to load. I've completed the other two, each with 3 stars, but the third won't load. It said that it was unlocked. I tried restarting
    my computer, etc. I guess I may have to try deleting Jigsaw Jam and hoping it will give back everything I've achieved. This all started after the latest Windows 10 download.
