Purchased Sniper Elite 3 Via XBOX Live - will not download

Hi.

Purchased the above game on Friday via XBOX Live!

It started downloading - however it never got past 0 percent

after a while it disappears from the queue, but i cannot find it in the list of games.

I can find the file if i look via System Storage - it states it is incomplete!

I have tried to reinstall it via the console, and via XBOX Live Website, and same thing happens.

I have even deleted the incomplete game, and retried from scratch, again and again.

This is a game that I have purchased, its disappointing that i cannot download this game.

oh and yes, I have over 20 gig in available storage on my xbox 360.

XBOX 360 games on XBOX 1

I bought and downloaded Sniper Elite 3 on XBOX 360. I have now upgraded to XBOX 1 but I do not see Sniper Elite 3 so that I can Install it. I can see the other games that I bought and downloaded but not Sniper Elite 3? Please help?

Also, My network is fine, I do have my xbox connected to my network via ethernet cable.

I have also tried downloading with no other device on my network.

also have ensured that my xbox is sitting on the home screen, and no game being played at that time.

Does your account region match your actual region?

Also what type of connection ? DSL cable 3g Lte or satilite or fibre

If fibre you need to contact your ISP as there is specific modem settings or your modem needs to be replaced for gaming

3g and Lte is not consistent enough to handle gaming you need a broadband connection type

i have the same problem im in the uk

tried to redownload and after 1 min or so msg pops up " cannot download sniper elite 3"

over 20 gig of space and RE revelations is downloading fine at the moment any help form XBL its self?

I bought Sniper Elite 3 for £10 in the UK and it downloading slow: 3.27Mb at the moment, my connection is 152Mb/12Mb from Virgin Media.

Before I started downloading Sniper Elite 3, I was downloading the ScreamRide demo and that was downloading just as slow.

So I rebooted the modem/router, press the power button on the Xbox One for 10 seconds and it made no differences.

I am wired via Ethernet cable and on Detailed network statistics on the Xbox One, I can get full speed on the test, with no packet loss.

I ended up pausing the download last night for Sniper Elite 3 and an update for another game.

So this morning, I thought I would finish it off, the update was done in minutes and Sniper Elite 3 was downloading at full speed, but slow down an hour ago to: 2.93Mb
