    Hi

    I purchased cats and dogs, along with vampires back in 2017 and 2018 also below extra things too,i paid full price for these. I am trying to re download the games to play again, however it wont let me download at all and shows the cost which means i need to purchase again. Can someone explain to me what has happend and why i now cant use any of the below. I can install kids rooms, get to work, laundry stuff and romantic garden. When i look on my microsoft email address order history they arent there, but i have confirmation of purchase as you can see below and i have already played on it

    I am sorry to hear about this issue. Could you please confirm if there are two purchases showing up on your Order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders with two order numbers for this DLC? If yes, try resyncing your profile to Xbox Live. To do so, try the following:

    A. REMOVE ACCOUNT

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, remove to confirm.

    4. Select Close.

    B. POWER DRAIN

    1. Make sure that your console is turned on then unplug the power cable at the back to turn it off.

    2. Press the power button for about 15 seconds even though it's already off. (This will remove the remaining power on your Xbox)

    3. Wait for 2 minutes and plug the power cable

    4. Turn on console and wait for the dashboard to appear before signing in

    5. Launch the game and see if the in-game currency is there.

    Have you tried hard resetting the console? If not, try that and after it boots back up, try to reinstall the add-on.
