    Can't play the secret neighbor game because I get the message Please review account privileges.
    I had the same problem - after weeks of trying to get support from Xbox, I managed to speak to technical support who said I have to have either Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan, which I don't have. When I purchased the game, it did not say
    anywhere I need one of these plans to play.

    No worries! Once you purchase a game, it should be permanently attached to the account where you purchase it and you can play the game for free.

    Kindly confirm if the game is showing up on your account by signing into account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased Secret Neighbor.

    If you have found the transaction, use the same Microsoft account to check on your library and install the game.

    If you're unable to find the Secret Neighbor game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.
