    Purchased Sea of Thieves but only showed up on one of 2 Xboxs on our account


    We purchased Sea of Thieves before Xmas. It asked which devices to download on, chose all. One of the 2 Xbox's was able to add the game, the other it asked needed more room, so games were deleted. It appeared to start loading then "disappeared" and hasn't
    come back. We've tried resetting the machine, turn off, turn back on, unplug etc... made sure Xbox Live was up to date. How do we get it on the 2nd Xbox?

    My copy of sea of thieves has disappeared. I haven't played it in a while but it says I never owned sea of thieves even though I purchased the game.

    No it shows nothing in my purchase history including when I subscribed to the game pass separately before I bought sea of thieves. No purchases show up.

    Can I play Sea of Thieves on PC if I bought it for Xbox?

    Unfortunately due to the copy being physical, your copy of sea of thieves can only be played on the Xbox one. If the game was purchased digitally then i believe that you would be able to play sea of thieves on both xbox and pc. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Here is the thing, on my xbox when I go on the ms store I press on sea of thieves and it has two options ( I dont have game pass ):
    Launch
    you can play this
    and Buy to own £34.99
    I have checked the only alternative account and It has purchased Minecraft: bedrock edition 5 years ago.
    Would the serial number of the xbox show it came with sea of thieves?

    Games pass and live gold confusion

    Sea of thieves requires gold and game pass, unless you purchase sea of thieves, then you only need gold.

    Since the game does not appear on your purchase history, you might purchased it on a separate account. If you have other accounts, please access them and check again.
