purchased rogue one excited for the reward points

I saw the ad for Rogue One on the Xbox store that it came with 3000 points. Cool. I found out a few minutes later that I needed to sign up for rewards to be eligible. I signed up a few minutes after I purchased the movie. Can you credit my account please?

Missing points!

Purchased Rogue One and did not receive my 3000 points on my rewards.

Also purchased Final Fantasy XV and no points.

Please help.

There is activitiy on my xbox account yet all points are missing. Purchased Rogue One within the Live Rewards Mission period.

Rogue One promotion points not credited

Hi Team,

I purchased Rogue One HD yesterday, prompted by the Rogue One rewards promotion.

As of this post I own Rogue One HD but my 3000 reward points are nowhere to be seen.

Pending reward points for this month (March) stand at zero.

Not really a great experience eh.

ps. I was logged in when making the purchase and was already a member of the Rewards program.

Purchases are not rewarded if they are made prior to being a member of the program. If you did it within a few minutes it could possibly work, but I would expect not.

Subsequently, you posted in the "Discussion forum" which is NOT monitored by the staff. You will want to re-post your topic in the "Support Forum" by changing your post type to "Support". Once you do that the reward team can give you a definitive answer.
