Purchased puzzles won't download

Discus and support Purchased puzzles won't download in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've used my coins from completing puzzles to "purchase" additional puzzles however they won't download.     Purchased puzzles won't download


    I've used my coins from completing puzzles to "purchase" additional puzzles however they won't download. Why?

    I Purchased puzzles with my gold, it took the gold but won't download the puzzles.

    In my case, I found that the faulting module is Windows.UI.XAML.dll. I suspect a problem with the download progress bar.

    PUZZLES WON'T DOWNLOAD

    I had the same issue - go to Settings > Apps, scroll down to Microsoft jigsaw. Click it but DO NOT click 'uninstall' - under the name Microsoft jigsaw and Microsoft Studios you will see 'advanced options". Click that and on the next
    screen click reset - ignore the warning. I used the reset and then re-loaded Jigsaw and it did NOT ask me to sign in again, and all my points were still in place - and the downloads worked again!

    Hey there Jazzmanthecat.

    Let's have you try cancelling the download, restarting your PC and then try downloading the puzzle again. If that doesn't work, attempt a full uninstall and reinstall to see if there's any change.
