    Purchased packs on Switch are gone


    Hi, i had previously bought two packs with my microsoft account (Stranger Things and Adventure Time) and after signing into my account on my Switch both packs are gone and its wanting me to rebuy them; which I’m unwilling to do. I dont know what to do.

    I’ve only ever played on my Switch and its never been a problem until now.

    • Are these packs for a game?
    • Is it DLC for a game?
    • Do you see the history in your purchase history on your Microsoft Account?
    • If this is an in-game issue, have you reached out to the developer for more information?

    But wouldnt it be a problem with my microsoft account since thats what is i bought the packs with? Its all set up through my microsoft account, not my nintendo account.

    i promoted my xbox family pack child account into an adult account and now its says i have a silver membership.

    I thought the family pack was gone after the august update and you could just switch over to a individual account.
