Hi,I have purchased 'Official Xbox One Kinect Sensor' from Amazon.com.uk which should have a downloadable token for the latest addition to the Dance Central series,however I haven't received it.

if you mean the 360 Kinect sensor the the answer is NO! It's not compatible with any of the Xbox One models.. You need the Xbox one Kinect sensor.. unfortunately both the Kinect sensor for the Xbox One and the Sensor You would need to use the sensor with
the One S ((and the One X) as both the One S and One X lacks the kinect sensor port) has been discontinued by M$, dont' know about awailability of the Xbox One sensor from reputable retailers, but the adapter is sold out and is only awailable form places like
EBay and similar at "blackmail" prices

 

The code should be in the box for the Kinect. If not, you'll need to contact Amazon.

 

I haved contacted with Amazon, they said need contact Microsoft.

Below is their reply:

"I'm sorry to learn that you haven't received downloadable token with your Order #202-4138483-1845137.

We’ll be glad to help as much as we can however initially I request you to please contact the manufacturer 'Microsoft' first because you may directly receive the downloadable token from them."

 

You can try contacting support directly, but since it is a physical item that was not purchased from Microsoft, Amazon would have to be the ones to assist. Contact Us | Xbox Support

The Xbox forums doesn't handle (or have access to) the details of Amazon orders. The forums is more of a community-run place; actual Microsoft support is best taken up with the
customer support chat or the phone.

Have you actually received the Kinect sensor yet? From what the listing describes, the code is bundled with the Kinect sensor, most likely in the box with the Kinect manuals and other documentation.
