Purchased new controller however it is used

Hi all, I purchased a new elite controller but it appears to be used! The thumb sticks are clearly scuffed and when I registered it online there is only a few months of warranty left! I was wondering if there was an avenue to request the devices date of registration and also its service history??

If your controller was still in warranty this could get replaced. However as it would now be out of warranty your only option would be purchasing a new controller as replacement grips are not available

The warranty on controllers are typically 90 days, however, some regions may be longer. If your controller is not under warranty then the best option is to simply purchase a new one.

If the controller is disconnecting on the PC it stands to reason the controller is bad. However, if you have access to another controller you could try it just to make sure that the controller is faulty. If it is and not under warranty you would probably
