Purchased Movie plus bonus but no bonus.

Hello,

I purchased a movie on the xbox store The kingsman plus bonus content. But it only gave me the movie and none of the bonus content. Who do I need to contact to get this issue worked out?

Deadpool plus bonus content not received or working

Pre-purchased and bonus content will not work. Uninstalled and re-installed gamer profile and movie app. Neither successful. Also did restore purchase history with no positive result. It is still asking me to purchase bonus content and I did verify it
shows Deadpool plus bonus on my account.

Film and tv

Bought and got receipt email for underworld blood wars plus bonus content. Can play bonus content but not film, it's not even showing in purchased section. All other films play no problem. Have reset router and xbox but still no joy.

Latest Purchases and look for the movie you bought.

If you see that you did by the correct one and haven't received the content that you were supposed to get I would contact
Xbox Support at (800) 469-9269.

I was also able to find the movie in the Microsoft Movies & TV here: Buy Kingsman: The Secret Service + Bonus - Microsoft Store -
if Xbox Support is unable to fix this, I will contact
Microsoft Support at (800) 642-7676.

It's pretty silly. You have to wait for deals to come in before you trade them in. I was able to trade a whole bunch of obscure and random PS2 games and some 360 games, and that 50% bonus plus preordering bonus plus multi-trade bunus plus powerup pro bonus
starts to add up.

The pre-order bonuses were all retail specific. You can purchase the Season Pass and get every bonus plus some DLC.

any company that want you to allow autodraft wants to make it very difficult to cancel, and when you do it always take sseveral tries so they can squeeze it, before you set up autodraft for anything check how to cancel, bet you cant that info very easily
