Purchased Morrowind but can't play

Discus and support Purchased Morrowind but can't play in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased the full Morrowind game.     Purchased Morrowind but can't play


    I purchased the full Morrowind game. On the hub it shows I own the bundle but int the bottom corner it shows I only own the expansion and not the base game, any ideas how to fix this so I can play?

    Elder Scrolls Morrowind won't launch

    Just purchased Elder Scrolls Morrowind on Xbox 360 and it won't launch after download. When I go to launch I get this message, "Game can't start. Please download again." I'm trying to play on the Xbox 360.

    Purchased gold membership but can't play

    When you buy gold on the website vs. on the console, there is a delay that can last a few hours before it shows up on the console. To speed up the process you can either test your connection or recover the account.

    Same problem here, i purchased the bundle today but it says i don't own the base game, only the expansion, so i can't even launch the game.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with Morrowind bundles! We are currently investigating this issue and have the right people digging into it. Once I have more information on that side, I will be sure to update you guys.

    If you could, providing a picture of what the error you guys are seeing would be helpful. It's not necessary, but I like telling the entire customer story when trying to get things resolved. Purchased Morrowind but can't play :)

    In case you haven't noticed yet, this issue is now resolved as of yesterday evening. If you are still having issues, be sure to hard power cycle your console by holding the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still having issues after that, please uninstall
    and reinstall the game. Let me know how it goes!

    Can't play Morrowind

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    First make sure you're signed in on the console, then...

    • View your Xbox purchase history on your Xbox One console
      1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
      2. Go to Settings > Xbox Assist > Help.
      3. Select Purchases & downloads > Purchases > How to get purchase history.
      4. Select Order history to view your purchases.
      If it doesn't show there, try logging on from a browser at this link PURCHASE HISTORY
