Purchased Minecoins on wrong Microsoft account.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this or even the right category, but on July 1st, I purchased the 320 Minecoin pack twice in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, using money from the account I am currently posting from.
When I did this, I had forgotten that in-game I was logged into my other Xbox account. I was wondering if there was a way I could get it moved to the right account, and if so, where/who to contact for support on the matter.

Missing Minecoins

Hello,

I am missing some minecoins. On 7/29/18 I noticed there was a sale and I wanted to purchase a couple of skin packs, texture packs & worlds. I had no coins available.

On 7/30/18...

I started out with a 0 minecoin balance. I "purchased" the "Beach Party Skin Pack" for 0 minecoins (it was free). I then purchased 320 minecoins. I purchased the "Plastic Texture Pack" for 245 minecoins. I had 75 minecoins remaining.

On 7/31/18...

I was interested on purchasing a few more items, but I only had 75 minecoins. So, I purchased 1020 minecoins. I then had a total of 1095 minecoins. I purchased "Sacred Falls World" for 245 minecoins, the "Cartoon Texture Pack" for 245 minecoins and the
"Natural Texture Pack" for 245 minecoins. I then noticed that I only had 115 minecoins left. That math didn't seem right, so I did the calculation.

The Math...

On 7/30/18: 0+320= 320, 320-245= 75

On 7/31/18: 75+1020= 1095, 1095-245 (SFW)= 850, 850-245 (CTP)= 605, 605-245 (NTP)= 360 (supposed to be the remaining balance)

The balance shows 115 minecoins. I am missing 245 minecoins. I do not know where they went. I checked my inventory and I do not see anything extra that I may have purchased by accident. I checked through each item to see if there was a time of purchase
stamp. The items in my inventory do not show when they were purchased (That may be a helpful idea ;-) ).

Please help me find my missing minecoins. There was a few more things that I was looking to purchase during the sale. Unfortunatly, by the time you respond the sale will be over. I am confident you will be able to figure this out & make it right. Attached

I have reached out to Mojang, who referred me to Microsoft, who referred me to the Minecraft Forum, who referred me back to Microsoft &/or Mojang. Please help me resolve this...

Purchased game on wrong account

I recently wanted to buy Thimbleweed Park digital game. I went online, and accidentally bought the game while I was logged in on an account of mine that is not my actual XBL account. I was hoping I could get a refund or something so I can re-purchase this
game on the correct account. Any help would be great.

we purchased minecoins through the apple store, and then used the minecoins to purchase the minecraft assets. i have a ios purchase history of buying minecoins ... but no history of assets bought with the minecoins. nor can i seem to restore said purchases.
thats a huge problem! why cant i see this on my account?

needless to say, we will not be making any more purchases. ever since microsoft integrated minecraft with xbox live the experience has gone downhill.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on purchasing Minecoins. You can purchase them on the Microsoft store. Here is a link to the

1,000 Minecoins. Make sure you are signed in on the Microsoft account you want them on.

You can renew the xbox card onto your microsoft account, and than purchase the minecoins within the app using your microsoft account.
