    Purchased minecoins not received.


    Hello, I purchased some minecoins, specifically the "Foundation pack"
    The money was drawn from my account but not received, it said something went wrong, most likely because when I proceeded to pay it opened a google tab, closing minecraft. If possible a refund or preferably the minecoins being granted. Thank you!

    (Not sure what purchase info is required but here's some, this happened on the mobile version just FYI)

    Hi Jwedslioth, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Good thing you have the order history for the transaction. For cases like this what you need to do first is to quit the game restart your device and then re-lanch the game to re-sync your in-game license.

    If the same issue occurs, you may need to reach out to Mojang since this is for the iOS device, they're the one that can check and have visibility with your account.

    we purchased minecoins through the apple store, and then used the minecoins to purchase the minecraft assets. i have a ios purchase history of buying minecoins ... but no history of assets bought with the minecoins. nor can i seem to restore said purchases.
    thats a huge problem! why cant i see this on my account?

    needless to say, we will not be making any more purchases. ever since microsoft integrated minecraft with xbox live the experience has gone downhill.

    Hi there! It looks like there are no available Minecoins in the UK. I recommend purchasing the Minecoins in a 3rd party store and redeeming it on your child's account. Additionally, you may reach out to Mojang https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new in purchasing Minecoins in your area.
