Purchased MCC through Steam, but according to my microsoft/xbox account I don't own it

Have the same problem with Halo MCC and its DLCs. I got through a digital code and now when I go to the Microsoft store it says I never owned it. Same thing with my purchase history. Weirdly I can still play the base game despite not owning it according to Microsoft. I'm also the only one on the xbox so it can just be a share feature with accounts on an xbox. Im probably going to call customer support to get a refund or have everything back in order.

I have the same error, but I don't own any part of MCC on Steam. I did however last play MCC on Xbox, so I thought that might be causing an issue.

Steam would be considered a separate platform so you would have to purchase the games through Steam in order to play them through Steam even if you already own them from Microsoft.

Great time to be a gamer, in my opinion. Personally, I'm not much of a PC gamer, but I'm also glad others will have the option to play the MCC / Reach on Xbox One, Windows 10, and / or Steam.

In regards to Reach being added to MCC, I'm looking forward to experiencing the game again. I think it's awesome I'll be able to do that without having to purchase anything since I already own the MCC and have Game Pass.
