Purchased M20R Ovation in market place do not appear in content manager in MSFS2020

im having the same problem ive purchased the season pass but i cant get the new car pack because its not showing up in the in game market place on forza 4. the game add on section on xbox live tells you not to download from the market place because you will
be charged again so how do we get the content

When You Buy Downloadable Content From The Xbox Live Market Place There Are Limits On How You Can Use That Downloadable Content For Example, The Downloadable Content That You Purchased May Be Limited To "Your Xbox Profile" Only & "Your Xbox Console" Only,
This Will Protect The Downloadable Content From Being Used By Other Xbox Live Users That Have Not Purchased This Content From There Console Or Xbox Live Profile. This Limitation & Restriction Helps Microsoft Detect The Xbox Live Market Place Theft Users.

You May Have To Purchase The Downloadable Content Again If You Are Attempting To Play The Game On "Another Console" Or "Xbox Profile" I Would Suggest That You Do A content license transfer If You Have A New Console Only!. Keep Me Updated If You Have Any

Sorry to see that your unable to buy content from the Xbox Live Market Place. When you start to Purchase something your credit card will appear if you have one on file and apply it. You can manage those here: commerce.microsoft.com/.../PaymentInstrument
Since this seems to be the first time. Please clear your system cache(settings, system, storage, hover-over hard drive, then click (y). Once you have done that please clear the cache 3 times. After that please then go to your storage and find system files.
Delete Market Place data if you see this. After that, re-download your profile only. Please then try to make a purchases using your Microsoft Account.
