Purchased Kombat Pack but won't let me download?

I purchased the Kombat Pack last night and went to install it. All it installed was the samurai pack that it included. When i go in to the game, i can access the store from there where it shows the Kombat Pack, however it shows the option to "install".
When i click on it it takes me to a black screen that shows the samurai pack installed, but that's it. Even if i let that screen cook for like 30 mins it still does not install.

If i go directly to the kombat pack in the marketplace directly, it only shows "Manage" which brings up the same window.

The samurai skin pack that is bundled with the Kombat Pack is installed, but i need to get the Kombat Pack installed. How do i do it?

And no, in game i do not see Jason or Predator as selectable characters.

Please help... poked around for 25 min and finally went to bed last night in frustration.

Mortal kombat x predator won't download

They have realeased predator for mortal kombat x for kombat pack holders and being one I don't understand why predator is locked for me,I push A on him when it says to download and says I have the kombat pack but it won't show up in my queue or ready to
install

Jason and Predator will be released later this year. Keep an eye on the
Official Mortal Kombat page for updates, and if you would like to inquire further, I suggest getting in touch with

WB Games Support.

If it's released later, then why is Jason available to download but when I go to to download it, it isn't there..

 

I feel like the description on the marketplace was really deceptive. It presented it as a "early" release of both jason and predator. It should state that they are not yet available for download!

I also find it exceptionally annoying that when you log in to the game to download the kombat pack (which i assumed was the container for jason and predator), that you are taken to a black screen showing the samurai pack only that is contained therein.

Coming from the perspective of a software developer I would hope for a better description for products being sold on the marketplace. I would not have bought it otherwise, and i would have saved myself 1 1/2 weeks of searching out the answer that is clearly
not there on xbox live.

Annoyed.

 

When I went into a local game, it came up with Jason greyed out to the side of Kung Lao, when I went over to him, it said download, so I pressed A and it went to the Kombat Store but all that was there was Goro, don't know if it was a glitch but yeah..

 

I now see Jason and predator but it tells me I already used my kombat pack code and I still can't play with those characters. Anybody have them yet?

I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling each of the add-on packs in Mortal Kombat X's 'Manage game' screen. To access that, simply have the Mortal Kombat X tile highlighted and press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller.
