    Purchased items not showing


    I shared an Xbox One with my family member and we both had different accounts on it. We had bought DLC and many games on the Xbox, but then I got my own Xbox. When I put the game disc in, and go to the ready to install section on the manage game section,
    the DLC I bought isn’t there. Is there a way for me to transfer the DLC and games onto my new Xbox, or do I have to purchase them again?

    Missing content from my download history

    Items can not be removed from your download history.

    If it is not showing there, or xbox support can not find it, it was redeemed/purchased on another.

    Help me, a game that Ive already downloaded has been deleted by me by accident and I cant get it back it tells me to purchase it again and its not in my download list. The game is Street Fighter III Third Strike Online Edition.

    Is there a chance that you purchased the DLC's under your friends account and not your own? The DLC's and installed games would follow your account and be under the ready to install.

    A solution to recover the DLC's would be to do game sharing with your family member assuming they are not already game sharing with someone else.

    support.xbox.com to get the purchase issue resolved.

    If the purchase does not show on that site, then it hasn't been purchased on your account. You would need to contact support and speak to billing since you do have emails for the purchases. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Keep in mind that the game did not release for the One. So if you have a One X not a Series X, it won't be available on that console.
