Purchased in game currency

I bought in game currency for Battlefront 2 and later found that the in game store is disabled. I assumed that this was an unintentional error of Microsoft to allow for these purchases if the content is blocked and there is nothing available. I have both
spoke with EA and submitted a refund for this issue. EA confirmed the issue and they say this is a Microsoft issue. Microsoft denies the refund without any real response. Has anyone else had this problem. If so have you had any luck with a solution?

Hello Game,

Unfortunately, with game pass you are not able to use currency on your account to purchase or renew the subscription. However you can use this currency to purchase Xbox live gold, DLC, games and in game currency. You will have to add a credit/debit card
to purchase game pass.

In re-reading this post I discovered an error I made regarding my Microsoft account. The correct account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I have posted several time in three separate area and have not received anything close to a resolution of my problem. Either there is
not solution known or the staff does not want to bother with such trivia. I have uninstalled all the Windows games except for The Secret Society - Hidden Mystery HD. I have attempted to provide as much information as was requested by the staff. Then there
was silence - no further contact for now approaching 2 months. So again the ball is in your court.

Currency can only be used on games and content. You can't purchase a gold subscription with currency.

Are you trying to use currency prepaid cards to purchase gold time? If so you can not use the currency for that. You will need to purchase the gold subscription gift cards. The currency is for purchasing games and DLC from the marketplace and are the exact
same as the points were before it.

If you are trying to use the currency to purchase the games in the market place, you just need to make sure to switch the payment method off of credit card and you can use the currency amount on your account. Alternativly, you can split the payment for games/DLC/Other
content by paying with CC and it will register your currency and ask if you wish to use that amount first.
