Purchased Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on the 17th and have not recieved my code for Halo Wars ...

I have been on tech support 3 times and they finally sent me here.

I havent recieved the code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition, it isnt in my xbox message centre or in an email.
