    Purchased Halo Wars 2 Ultimate (Digital) in December but Halo Wars DE is missing


    hi,

    but the game via amazon (12.15.2016), redeemed it around 03.05.2017 (had alot of work to do ._.), worked fine, till i realized that Halo Wars Definitive Edition was missing...

    i called support (first time) --> deleted profile, deleted cache, added profile... didn't work

    after the 2nd call -->deinstalled game, deleted profile, deleted cache, re-added profile, reinstalled game... same there

    maybe it's because i can't see the addon in my game-manage-overview... -.-

    help Purchased Halo Wars 2 Ultimate (Digital) in December but Halo Wars DE is missing :D

    Have not received my Halo wars definitive edition code

    I purchased halo wars 2 ultimate edition under the impression that i would receive halo wars definitive edition on the 20th of December, I have yet to receive a code for halo wars.

    Issues Downloading Halo Wars DE

    A while ago I purchased the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 and recently tried to download Halo Wars DE which came with the Ultimate Edition. However, I cannot download it and the Microsoft Store says I need to purchase Halo Wars DE again. Can anyone help?
