    Purchased Halo Wars 2 - did not receive code for Halo Wars Remastered


    Contacted Xbox chat support. They did nothing except direct me here. Can you please provide me with the code I need and was supposed to receive as per your promotion?

    I preordered on 26 Jan 2017. It is now Feb 2.

    I've checked the xbox message centre, but it nothing but empty.

    When did you redeem the code provided by Amazon? Once you redeem the code for Halo Wars 2, you should receive a code for Halo Wars DE within 7-10 days.
