It takes up to 7-10 days to receive the code. If you don't receive it after 10 days, you'll need to post back.

Hey there -

According to the
Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order page:

The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016

So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
