    I purchased fifa 21 as a gift for my brother on the Xbox store. It sent through to him, he tried to install and It won't work. I gave him the redeemable code also and that never worked. Tried to contact microsoft and got no where. Need Help plzzz

    How do I install Minecraft on pc if someone gifted me it from Xbox,

    If they gifted you the Xbox version of the game, you won't be able to install it and your friend would need to request a refund.

    If they gifted you the PC version, you can redeem the code at http://redeem.microsoft.com and install it through the Microsoft Store app.

    You won't be able to purchase the 360 title from the Xbox One or Xbox.com using a Microsoft gift card or account currency. The only way to purchase 360 content with currency/gift card is through an Xbox 360 console.
