Purchased Gears of War (Ultimate Edition), but didn't receive the promotion code for X360 ...

Hello Sir/Madam

I purchased the GOW, Ultimate Edition on 08/19/2015 and played online before 12/31/2015, but still now, I still didn't receive the redeem code for compatible X360 GOW2, 3,and Judgement, can you pls check why? And send the redeem code to me ASAP? Really
looking forward to GOW 2, 3 and Judgement, and 4 in coming October of course, thank you very much.

Gears of War ultimate edition

I got my GOW ultimate edition 3 weeks ago installed and played the game and still haven't received my promotional codes for GOW1, GOW2, GOW3, and GOW: Judgement. Please help me with my gears nostalgia

I purchased Gears of War (GOW) Ultimate Edition and GOW4 for Xbox One for download and received redeem codes for GOW1, and GOW2. Should I have also
received a redeem code for GOW3? If so, please send a redeem code for GOW3. Thanks!

We have determined that you did not meet the qualifications to receive this offer for one of the following reasons:

You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.

Gears of war Ultimate Edition is just a remastered version of the first Gears of War game. There was a promotion to receive codes for the other Gears game is you purchased and played the game before December 31, 2015. In order to play the other games now,
you would need to purchase them.

Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

HERE. To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.
