Purchased Gears Of War Ultimate Edition and no codes

I purchased the GOW and never received the codes to download the other games to my Xbox One. Was this just a ploy to get people to buy the game and then don't get the codes? I have been a loyal Xbox supporter since 2006. If this is how you treat people
maybe its time to leave!!! Also still waiting for my Fallout 3 code and its been 15days!

Purchased and installed Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition for Xbox One in 2016 but haven't received the codes for the previous editions of Gears of War yet.

I have purchased Gears of War Ultimate from gamestop and have not received codes to download rest of the titles. And would like to know how would I get the other titles
