Purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition

I purchased gears of war 4 UE and i was supposed to get gears of war 1 through 3 and judgement but i didnt get them

Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition comes with the Standard Edition plus EARLY ACCESS and SEASON PASS. So by purchasing Gears Of War 4 Ultimate Edition you have already purchased the SEASON PASS as well. For more info:

Xbox One - Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition: Haven't received codes for previous versions

Purchased and installed Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition for Xbox One in 2016 but haven't received the codes for the previous editions of Gears of War yet.

 

When did you make the purchase? If it was after December 31, the promotion had already ended:

I made the purchase sometime in october, because i remember playing the halloween special event. Around the 16th of october because thats when i got my first achievement
