    Hi! Im a preview member , yesterday i bought , tomb raider and metro bundle... today i cant play because is saying i have to buy The game... these games arent on ready to install games... i contact the suport, they help me with a factory reset and didnt
    work...they said is a license problem and i have to contact preview fórum.

    I have two accounts on my xbox, on one I purchased stuff from the market place and the other I didnt. When I sign into the second account it lets me play the stuff purchased on my other account, will my second account be banned for playing stuff that wasnt
    purchased on it?

    commerce.microsoft.com/.../Filter
    allows you to search for a year at a time, and on the PC screen, you can copy-and-paste into a list and edit the list. I wish we had greater selectivivity on the console but this may do what you need

    Same here! I left the preview because it was unplayable, Xbox updates BOOM can't play any game that I bought while on preview! Rang support they said there's nothing they can do! So I'm out of pocket and down 2 games that I was in the middle of playing!

    I contacted xbox support, and they said it refunded me and it just hasn't processed it yet. so it just got an error when i purchased it and i didn't know they had refunded me yet.

    Whenever you buy from the store you will get an email confirming your purchase, Have you got one?

    As it now fully installed and have you tried to play it.

    Also there is a service alert which could be the problem.
