    Purchased games not working


    So I've recently been having issues because my Xbox will not play games I downloaded it says that the person who bought the game needs to sign in when I am the one who purchased it then if I click "see game in store" from the pop up link it just says play
    instead of download but when I click play it says "something went wrong" then the cycle repeats itself over and over. How do I fix this?

    Purchased game not working

    Hi!

    There seems to have been a problem during the installation of the game.

    Check that the location of your console is correct (Settings->System->Language&location->Select your location), then uninstall the game and reinstall it.

    Try to powercyle your console by holding the front button for 10 seconds... so you will clean the cache!

    This is one step Purchased games not working ;)
