Purchased games not showing up on my home console

    Purchased games not showing up on my home console


    So far since I have been on xbox one iv had my account homed on another console and every game I have downloaded has showed up on that console straight away but now nothing is showing up. It says that it is my home but a new downloads don't show up iv tryed
    re homing and it still doesn't show them. Any ideas ?

    Purchased content not showing up in game

    I just bought the wolf skin for the guard dog on call of duty ghosts and when i'm playing online and call in the guard dog, it still has the regular skin of the dog. any ideas on how to fix this?

    Purchased in game content not showing up

    I purchased the VIP pack. It is installed on my console. If I go into the marketplace in the game, several cars say I already own the content, but they do not show up in the find a car section as free. I am also not getting any of the VIP perks. I have
    tried resetting my console, uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game and deleting the profile from the console with no luck. Please help.

    I think what Smwutches was pertaining to was the console where you purchased the games you're looking for was part of the Preview Program.

    If the answer to this is Yes, it would mean that the games that your have purchased will be available on your home console once the current preview build has already been released to the public.

    If the answer is No, it's best to contact our customer support friends so you can have your account thoroughly checked.

    Hope this clarifies things for you sir. Purchased games not showing up on my home console :)

    got a new smart tv, going to Xbox thru tv app, but my old stored games can't be found ?

    The game console is connected to the Smart TV, so when I turn on no home screen shows up with my apps or games I had purchased before.

    Is purchase history specific to log in information or console?

    Purchase history is tied to the account that made the purchase, not the console. However, games can be shared on a console via the Home setting which is how a game could show up under an account that did not purchase it.

    Games are linked to the accounts that made the purchase.

    If it is showing up under the ready to install on the console that your husband has set as his home console then that means the purchase was made under his account.

    You can check the purchase history of the accounts by signing into them at account.microsoft.com it will show you all purchases made on the accounts.

    If it is showing on your husbands account then you can set your console as your husbands home console and download and install the game on your console if you then want to play the game you would need to keep your console set as your husbands profile home
    console or be signed into your husbands account at the same time in order to play the game.
