    Purchased Games not installing


    Hi,

    I'm trying to install MS Flight Sim through X Box App on Windows via a Macbook Pro, running Windows 11 on Parallels.

    There seems to be a known issue about this but Parallels refer people to Microsoft support for help as they are unable to: https://kb.parallels.com/en/125640

    Free games are downloading ok. Paid are not resulting in 'Error 0%' and it's stuck at 0%, not downloading any content.

    Please can you help?

    Things I have tried:

    - Resetting and repairing the X Box App and Game Services

    - Setting up a new account in windows that is not logging in under a microsoft account and is setup as an administrator

    - Ensure the Macbook Pro has enabled full disk access to the virtual machine so there are no problems for Windows to successfully write files etc.

    i do have a purchase from microsoft off $66 on my bank account i just checked my purchase history for microsoft an i have no info on it this might be it

    as i stated before it gave me the option to install the game or the purchase option but i picked the install option and it let me download and play the game i was almost finished with it also
    Then it must have been a glitch as I don't think there was a free play weekend with that game.

    Anyways, if you never bought it you will have to buy it, regardless of what happened and allowed you to download it.

    If you got this game through Games and Gold, you will need to have an active gold membership to download and use the game again. If you lose your gold status and it expires, you can not play any previously downloaded games with gold (except on xbox 360).

    Please locate the game in your purchase history here:
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders#/

    If you own the game and bought it on that account originally you will see it in My Games and Apps > Ready to Install, if you've uninstalled it. If you can't see it please click Left stick and X to unhide things in that list. Also, turn off your console and
    unplug it for 30 seconds to clear cache to see if that helps.
