Purchased games no longer appearing in library.

Hello,

i have previously purchased Resident Evil 4 and Darksiders II remastered edition for the xbox one. I have purchased them on different xbox’s than the one i cutrently used, but i still purchased them from my account. Many forums say check to see if the game
appears in your order history. I attempted this but my order history shows only what was purchased within the last 3 months. Both of these games were purchased (digitally) a year to two years ago. Is there a way I can get a complete order history of my account
to prove indeed bought these games? I have used this gamertag for over 10 years and have a much longer purchase history than 3 months.

Hey Daniel8698,

When viewing your order history, directly below the heading ‘Order History’ should be an option to ‘expand the filter menu.’ It’s in blue. From there you can chose from past three months, six months, one year, or all available. I hope this
helps a bit.

Have games appeared that are not in your purchased games library?

Any changes in the base game price after you purchase it would not effect anything with your original purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the account that purchased it and it should be listed as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps. If it's not
listed there, go to http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the purchase shows on your account. If it's not listed there, then it was purchased by a different account and you would
need to reinstall it from that account. If it does show in your history, then you'll need to contact support for assistance. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
