Purchased games disappeared.

I recently did a hard reset with my xbox as it was running slowly. When I resigned in and went to download my games, a few of the games that I purchased from the Microsoft store have disappeared. I went to the store to see if I could instal them from there
but it wanted me to purchase that games again. Is there anyway that I could get my games back or will I have to buy them again. If its useful some of the games were Subnautica and Slime Rancher.

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you really purchased these games on that account.

That page has tax relevant information, so if a tax relevant purchase would "disappear" from that page, you could bet that any federal tax agency would tear Microsoft apart until they found that purchase. So if there is no purchase from those games on your
order history, you didn't buy the game on that account.

Slime Rancher for example was a Game with Gold. If you don't have an active Gold membership currently, you can't play Slime Rancher, unless you become an active Gold member again.

So please check your order history and make sure the purchases for these games show up.

You can contact Store support from the above link so they can look into this further for you (https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/4f615f2a-6bbd-fd69-6695-ae213d63eef0), but without any proof of purchase I'm afraid it might not be possible to restore the purchase.

Before contacting them, double check any other accounts you may have used. If you can remember when it was purchased, check your bank statement for the transaction. Any information you can find regarding this purchase may be helpful in recovering it.

Are you sure the game wasn't accessed through Game Pass or someone else's account?

If you're certain it was purchased on your account, I recommend checking your emails for the purchase confirmation.

Search 'your Microsoft order' in your email app to find the purchase confirmation messages. This would be the only other proof of purchase. Let me know if you can find the email.

I am sure it was on this account. Finding the email will be hard because i bought the game a couple years ago on the microsoft store
