    I preordered fallout the week it was available to digitally preorder it last year now the website is saying I don't own it telling to repurchase it ? Did Xbox accidentally revoke my license after the whole fallout 4 free debacle last month????

    I have two accounts on my xbox, on one I purchased stuff from the market place and the other I didnt. When I sign into the second account it lets me play the stuff purchased on my other account, will my second account be banned for playing stuff that wasnt

    Hi! Im a preview member , yesterday i bought , tomb raider and metro bundle... today i cant play because is saying i have to buy The game... these games arent on ready to install games... i contact the suport, they help me with a factory reset and didnt
    work...they said is a license problem and i have to contact preview fórum.

    To check, have you been able to update your console to the most recent update? If not, give that a try and let us know if you're still having trouble accessing your content.

    My problem is that on the Xbox website it's showing that I don't own it it's asking me to buy it. Checked my games and fallout 4 is not there

    Are there any other accounts on your Xbox One that may have purchased the content? If you haven't already check your Ready to Install list from other accounts to see if the content is available for download. Let us know!

    Hey TheLocalPeasant -

    Thanks for the extra info. If you haven't yet, can you try searching the Xbox Store on your Xbox One console and see if you are able to download Fallout 4 that way?

    Let us know if that works!

    I contacted xbox support, and they said it refunded me and it just hasn't processed it yet. so it just got an error when i purchased it and i didn't know they had refunded me yet.

    Whenever you buy from the store you will get an email confirming your purchase, Have you got one?

    As it now fully installed and have you tried to play it.

    Also there is a service alert which could be the problem.
