purchased game won't install

Hi everyone,

I have purchased an old school game for my son, Tron Evolution, via the Microsoft Store (website).

I am definitely logged in on my PC with my microsoft account, the one I used to purchase the game, but yet when I am trying to install the game, it says I can't install on that device unless my microsoft account is connected to it, which it is ! And I mean, the windows user account is tied to my microsoft account.

This is the same issue as https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...s/42bfb19a-a4c9-4450-a8f3-7275fd506d53?auth=1 and I have tried what is suggested in that post. I tried downloading the game from the embedded microsoft app, but it does not even appear there.

Tron Evolution is not available on the PC through the Microsoft Store. You would need to download it on a console.

Games that get removed from Game Pass will still be installed, but you won't be able to play them unless you purchase them.

When your gamepass expires, you won't be able to play gamepass games. It stays installed until you renew or purchase the game

An update on my issue. I made this same post on the Xbox One subreddit on Reddit and was provided a solution. I had to change the default install location from my internal HDD to one of my externals then cancel the download and restart it and that worked
for me. I don't understand why the game wouldn't install to my internal drive since there is plenty of free space there for the game but I'm just glad it's working now. Thanks all for your help.
