Purchased game unable to download on home console

Hi, is the Xbox you originally purchased the game on a part of the latest preview update and the other Xbox isn't ?

There is a known issue regarding this situation.

• Certain content (games, apps, DLC) purchased in the new Store may only be available on consoles enrolled in the latest Preview update. This means…

• Games purchased on a console running the latest Preview update can only be played on that console or other consoles running the latest Preview update.

• Games purchased via Xbox.com can be played on any console.

• Games purchased on a console running the previous update can be played on any console.

Hey, Tony! If your account has not purchased this game, and you are unable to provide proof that you have purchased it, your account will not be eligible for the Vegas 1 and 2 codes. We have not stated anything about a pre-order, only to check to see if
you've purchased the game at all.

Having achievements or playing the game is not what qualifies you for this promotion. The reason why you are able to play the game on your console is likely because someone else has your console set as their Home console and downloaded the game to your console
when they purchased it. You will need to have the owner of that account post on here for us to provide them with codes if they still need them.

Since we are unable to verify you bought this game through Xbox Live and you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we will be unable to provide codes to your account. Until you have the game owner post in here for us to look into them, we will be unable
to assist you further on this matter.

Whatever profile downloaded the games has to be on the non-home console and signed into Live to access the games at the same time. The 2nd profile will not be able to access the games on the non-home console without the purchasing profile online on that
console. 2nd profile can only access games on the purchasing profiles home console without the actual purchasing profile.

Anyone can play games on an account's home console. If users want to play a game on a different console, the account that purchased the game needs to be signed in.

If your console is not your account's home console, your account will need to be signed in for anyone on the console to play a game you purchased. Also, note if the console you play on is not your account's home console, and is unable to connect to Live, you won't be able to play any games until the console can connect to Live.

Was there any other accounts that you had on that console that you gave to your sister that you were sharing that had that console set as its home console (either your own account or maybe a friends account)?

The only way that this would happen is if there was an account that had that console set as its home console (even doing a factory reset does not change which accounts have that console set as their home console). Whenever a console is set as an accounts
home console and a game is purchased on that account and it is setup in the settings of the console to automatically update the console and games then any game that is purchased on any account that has that console set as its home console those games will
automatically download to that console.

I'll give you an example.

Say the console is still set as your profiles home console and you purchase a new game and that consoles settings are set to automatically download updates and games then it would automatically download that new game to the console.

You said that you did not purchase these games then their may be a possibility if you were sharing with a friend that had that console set as their profiles home console and either they never set another console as their profiles home console or the home
console for the profile was not turned off on your sisters console.
