    Ok over night I tried to purchase Saints Row®: The ThirdTM. System gave error code so I gave up trying to get it. Shortly after my husband, without talking to me, did the same thing on his account and had same issue.
    Because of that I started investigating and found that both accounts (on same machine) have purchased the game. Both our purchase history shows it AND our bank account shows the purchase twice.

    The problem: neither account can download the game. Only option given is to buy it again. I already paid for it twice without wanting or needing to. All I want is to be able to download the stupid game I've paid twice for. Someone please fix this. Would be
    great if his purchase was refunded too since it was in error. At the very least, correct the issue so the game shows the reality that it has been purchased and that we have the right to download it.

    Dead rising 3 unusual problem

    ok so i bought dr3 digitally back in november and has worked fine since then but since latest system update the game acts like i dont own it and asks for a disc even though its fully installed.Going to the marketplace and again both digital versions act
    like i dont own them and i have to rebuy it which is not going to happen, I have reached out to xbox support on twitter but they haven't been helpful at all.......just curious if anyone else have same issues or someway to solve problem thanks

  3. Walking Dead - not playing smoothly

    I recently purchased the new black X-Box 360 and also purchased the Walking Dead. It plays so poorly on the new console that's completely impossible to advance in the game. It acts like it has insufficient memory to run the game.

    The game plays completely fine on my old white console.



    Any ideas?

  5. It doesn't show up there Purchased Game; System acts like I haven't :( [on either of our accounts]. Like I said, it's like via xbox it was never purchased, but via Microsoft [account.microsoft.com/.../orders] & bank it was
    for each account. This is very frustrating. First time I've ever had this happen. Both accounts received email thanking us for the purchase of the game & confirmation #.

    I'm not sure why phone support would send you to the forums when they have access to accounts. Most of the people using the forums are just regular people like yourself. Xbox Community Ambassadors are just community volunteers that try to help people find
    the information that they need to resolve an issue.

  9. Did you get any error code? I have this problem right now with another game. I get error code 80153021 when I go to the game I purchased a few hours ago. Money gone but no game.

  10. I did. I don't have it written down anywhere now, but my memory tells me that is the same error code we both got after purchasing the game. Still no game x2, still money gone x2 Purchased Game; System acts like I haven't :( Not happy at all.

  11. Finally got phone support to do something. They refunded his purchase. I still have no access to the game purchased and both our accounts have a billing lock [error code 80153021] on them that apparently support doesn't see so they're unsure how to fix it
    ???? This is just crazy. Issue on both old console & brand new one purchased after all this started; so it's not a console issue but a Microsoft > xbox issue.

    Thank you to those who tried to help.

    For anyone reading because they're having same issues - all I got is good luck for you Purchased Game; System acts like I haven't :(
